瑞士銀行集團(UBS)對中國大陸購房者的一項調查發現,四分之一購買海外房產的大陸人將購得的房產閑置等待陞值。作為中國人青睞的海外購房地,澳洲市場擔憂這種趨勢會加劇澳洲的住房可負擔性危機。
據悉尼晨鋒報報導,瑞士銀行在3月和4月對3300名中國大陸人進行了調查,其中並沒有包括高淨資產人群。調查發現,除了這25%的空置房產外,另外還有25%購得海外房產的中國人只將其作為臨時居所。這一半年度報告顯示,在海外購買房產的中國人中,大約一半人並沒有充分利用這些房產。澳洲遊學代辦
